| I wish to thank you for the outstanding performance which you gave at my twin -daughters' recent birthday party. As any parent knows, having a houseful of excited pre-teen girls running around, not to mention dogs and cats underfoot, can be a bit unnerving. You were so cheerful, accommodating, and unflappable, despite the chaos. The skill which you exhibited was exceptional, and all of your "balloon-creations" exceeded our expectations.
